Flaviana Matata
Flaviana is a renowned supermodel, businesswoman and philanthropist. In 2011, she founded the Flaviana Matata foundation, a non-profit organization focused on empowering young women in Tanzania through education, training, and micro-finance projects. Flaviana has been featured in high-profile marketing campaigns such as, Diesel, Top Shop and Aerie, and her face has graced the publications of Marie Claire, Elle, Essence and Nylon.
Sterling McDavid
Sterling is the Co-Founder, Co-CEO, and President of Burnett New York, where she is responsible for sales, marketing, and finance. McDavid is also the Founder and CEO of the Starling Project, a social impact luxury home fragrance line. Prior to launching The Starling Project, Sterling was an analyst at Goldman Sachs.
Katini Yamaoka
Born to a Japanese mother and Ghanaian father, Katini is the embodiment of a global artist who is fluent in 3 languages. Described by an industry insider as the “deca-threat” for her ability to maintain a soulful, rich and raw vocal while performing flawless choreography.
Katini has been invited twice to speak and perform at the Global Forbes Under 30 Summit and her music has taken her from stages in Japan to Australia. Katini strives to bring a new dimension to pop music with her mission to be the global voice of positive millennial empowerment.
